Physical decal replacement policy

Physical checkout is not yet available. This policy describes future physical decal purchases. Digital SVG purchases have separate terms.

Problems with your decals

No change-of-mind returns. Send your order number, photos and an explanation of any problem to support@bulkbusinesslettering.com. If BBL caused it, we guarantee replacement of the affected decals at no charge, including replacement shipping. Once approved, you can keep or dispose of the originals.

Shipping damage or missing packages

For shipping damage or missing packages, contact us and retain packaging until review. We investigate and provide any remedy required by law. This policy does not limit rights under applicable law.
