LETTERING FOR THE WHOLE PROJECT

Mailbox & Cluster Box Number Lettering

A mailbox or cluster-label project depends on the exact identifiers and the limited space available for each label. Plan the numbering list carefully, then use the studio for the wording and width that fit your approved labeling area.

Check the label area before building the number list

Confirm that you are permitted to label the equipment and check the applicable property, equipment-owner, or postal requirements. This catalog does not establish those rules or claim USPS approval. Avoid covering existing official markings, access points, or operating parts. The current studio supports widths from 2 to 36 inches; smaller label areas need a different sizing workflow before an order can be supported.

Your project checklist

  1. Record the exact mailbox or unit identifier and quantity for each location.
  2. Measure the approved label area rather than assuming every compartment is the same.
  3. Choose a readable color for the actual background and review the linked lettering height.
  4. Check each identifier against the source list before saving a preview summary.

Can the studio make numbers instead of a room name?

Yes. Type the number or short identifier as custom text and choose its width. The preview does not automatically generate a sequence, so enter and check each distinct label. Minimum stroke size and final cutting suitability still need production review.

Lettering for this project

Before you choose your lettering

No USPS, mailbox-equipment, or property-rule compliance is claimed. Obtain the necessary permission and confirm requirements before applying labels to shared or managed equipment.

Planned physical decals use quality clear transfer tape for precise alignment. Apply the lettering, then peel away the transfer tape. Surface suitability still needs to be checked.
